Depends on the needs of your team of course, but this is how i would basically rank them. Figgin's steals puts him up top. Counsell's injury puts him on bottom. Izturis will probably have highest batting average and most runs, and Greene had too good of a second half last year to completely ignore.
Figgins is the clear winner of this group. You can use him almost anyplace. Might want to let him ride the pine vs. lefties right now, though, he's not hitting them a lick lately.
Izturis should run more as the season progresses and since he plays virtually every day he's #2.
I like Counsell third and I fail to see how you guys rate Greene ahead of him. Counsell gets all the starts vs. righties, usually sits vs. lefties. He's a leadoff hitter with decent speed, and those guys always have some value.
Greene has the best glove in this quartet, and is the most valuable in real baseball. But in fantasy he's a .270 hitter (maybe) with a little pop, not much speed. He also hits at the end of the order, which clearly compromises his value. While I believe he will be a star SS in years to come, he's of marginal use in redraft leagues for this year.

I really like the upside of Greene, and think improvement on the second half of last year isn't far out there. I may be higher on Greene than many, but I'd say:
Figgins
Greene
Izturis
Counsel
