just wondering why lyon didnt get the save. he has had plenty of rest and isnt injured as far as i know. does anyone have any info on this?

apparently he's got "minor tendinitis".....lets hope he's alright

Even though Brandon Lyon (P) ARZ didn't pitch Friday or Saturday, the Diamondbacks left him in the bullpen for a save chance on Sunday and gave it to Brian Bruney instead. Manager Bob Melvin was eager to give Lyon another day off.
