Okay, so I have Brad Penny going today, with my fingers crossed because he would be facing a tough Cincinnati lineup, then I check out the game and Florida's up 6-0. Woo hoo! But wait, Penny's not pitching, it's Phelps. What the hell is up with that?! Anyone have any idea why Penny didn't start today?
