rotterdam_82 wrote:Unexpected studs for me have been Webb and Lo Duca. Not too sure whether to include Soriano, I did draft him first round after all.

Busts - Maggs, Wood, Zito, Wells, Drew. Also got Huff in a trade and he's been rather dissapointing. Unlucky huh? I just traded for Chavez too, could it possibly get worse???

Most of my good stuff has been done on the wire. Guys like Lane, Patterson, Izturis, Utley and Dellucci have all carried my team at one point or another.

Ya dude, thats gotta be the worst run of luck.
If you found my advice helpful, please help me

I drafted K. Matsui in the 15th, and even there he's a bust. :~(

Wright in the 7th seems too high now. I panic when there were hardly any 3rd basemen left.

D. Lee in the 6th turned out to be great and then managed to combo him for Abreu.

Gonzo in the 19th. Steal.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

I have Burnett but I actually took him pretty high(5th round) besides that my steals probably are

Helton- 2nd round(he obviously will come around)
Roberts- 18th round
Damon-10th round
Bonderman- 13th round
Buehrle- 12th round
Thomson- WW pickup after the draft
Koskie-20th round

Hideki- 6th round(hopefully he snaps out of it so I cant consider him one)
Kendall- 15th round
Rowand- 11th round
Escobar- 9th round
Macpherson- 17th round
Screw the Peavy and Burnett Watches, I'm probably one of the laziest people in the world

It's too early to tell, but here's what I have so far in my main league (12 teams):

F. Rodriguez (6)
Ryan (8...I actually traded for him...that was where he was drafted)
Glaus (10)
Mauer (10...traded for him, too. Ortiz, Lieberthal, Jeter, and J. Williams for Abreu, Mauer, Furcal ;-D)
Sweeney (14)
Burrell (16)
Penny (17)
Floyd (21)
Barmes (Undrafted)
Turnbow (Undrafted)
Hermanson (Undrafted)

Sheets (4...yes, injury)
Wells (7)...PLEASE TURN IT AROUND, were my #1 comeback cat this year!
Takatsu (9...I have Hermanson, so no worries)
P. Wilson ( #2 comeback player)
Hidalgo (15...and my third...he's heating up a little, though)

I'd better not jinx any of my studs with this post. :-o
