i'm in yahoo league, and teams are winning by having like 20 pitchers on there bench. So i have to fight fire with fire, are any of these free agent pitchers really good that i can pick up?

These are just guys from first page, there are probably sleepers or something on other pages, so also throw in pitchers names that are good that might still be available. I don't follow baseball, im just playing with abunch of friends that do.
You should re-sort them. Look like the default setting. Sort by rank, not O-rank.
Look for Brandon Webb and Matt Kinney. Kinney will get you good K's, Webb is looking like a ERA WHIP stud. Webb throws an incredible sinker people are saying is like hitting a shotput.
If those guys are gone, your wire is probably picked pretty damn thin.

That's an aweful list of FA starters. I get the impression your friends have jacked up the max innings to allow so many pitchers to play. Otherwise, they will run out of innings.
In any case, I would stay away from everyone on that list. Maybe Contreras will start if another Yankee pitcher bites the dust but he's still a big questionmark. Repost the list arranged in rank (not o-rank) based on last month's stats (not the full season). Then we can help you pick out sleepers and rising stars.
Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first, the lesson afterwards.
wow that is just brutal. tough big league i hope. dont even think about starting any of those guys with any level of confidence. what are your current pitchers?
