Lab rat, even though i am a sox fan, for fantasy i would put schilling ahead of pedro and def helton ahead of manny. I'd also say berkman is too high especially since you put pujols, bonds, ordonez, and tejada. I'd also question ichiro ahead of bonds
i'm not so sure about schilling, given the way he finished off the year, whereas pedro had a strong year coming back from injury. berkamn had 80 RBI's in the first half last year and he's going to put up monster numbers...i think many people have underestimated the impact kent is going to have on that line-up. i've watched kent closely (i live in san francisco) and he, bagwell, and berkman are a ferocious 3-some for pitchers to contend with. similarily, i think bond's numbers are going to slip a bit, without kent, and with a completely new team, i'm unsure of bond's dedication and will to follow up his 2 seasons. how can he top the numbers he's put up the last 2 years going on 39? helton, manny...yhea, a 1st baseman with helton's numbers is extremely valuable, perhaps more than manny, but i like the number manny put up last year...33 HR, 107 RBI's, .349 average...but you're right, helton might explode this year.
some more info on helton:
1. bad back
2. no more juan pierre
3. walker might be traded
which all equals less runs, RBI's, and HR's without the protection in the lineup.
