I read this on foxsports's fantasy site:

Its in their 5 to buy/5 to sell column

"His poor outing against Pittsburgh could be the first sign of an overworked arm. Don't get caught. "

Any truth to this?

That he is overworked? Yes
I don't know if it is going to catch up to him this year or not. That is all speculation. I have him on my fantasy squad and I'm going to keep running him out there til Dusty pitches his arm off. Besides his last start he has been great and you can't argue with the K's.

I agree..he has been great and there is no telling if all the picthes will catch up to him or not this year. However, O the other hand, I think I may see what I could get for him. Equal value and I might pawn him off.....just in case.

I see a kid with a surgically repaired arm throwing 110-140 pitches and that is enough to tell me to be worried. I'm not saying he should be babied and held to 100 pitches, but I think all these high pitch counts will get to him this year. Depending on how abused he is, it very well could end his career prematurely. It's a shame, because Wood is very good.
