I did for a few years (little league up til I was about 15 or so), but wasn't too interested at the time. I really wish I'd kept it up, though. :-/ It's the only game that I really love and my fantasy obsession is just an extension of that passion, not the other way around like it is for some. ;-D

Oh, and I pitched mainly (everyone told me I was pretty good, but I just wasn't into it like I said) and the OF since I was always one of the fastest kids on the team. :-b

I played until I was 13. I broke my leg that winter and never went back to sports. I played everywhere, but ended up settling at 3rd. I had NO bat, but I was a perennial Gold-Glover. That was enough to get me on the All-Star team, which was enough to get me on the Belgium team for the Little League World Series for the two years I was eligible.

Likewise, however fantasy really got me into baseball and how it is played and constructed. Though I am more of a baseball fan than fantasy fan.

In Australia we play for clubs because the high school/university sporting systems aren't integrated with the educational side, like it is in the US (dont ask me why not).

So yeah, I play at the highest level in our city competition, I'm a Catcher.
