Tony Gonzalez?

Not funny Royals are En Route to 115 losses. It's rare to see are Royal fan making jokes this year. Good thing I am not, I just live in KC.

The season didn't come unexpected to realistic Royals fans. Its called rebuilding for a reason. Is it frustrating? Sure, but it is better to see the club doing the right thing instead of bringing in high-priced, one year free agents so the team will only lose 90 games this season.

How long have they been rebuilding? Since Johnny Damon left?

BTW, what ever happens to Abraham "oops, I throwed to the wrong base" Nunez?

Rebuilding sincerely? Starting with the trade of Beltran last year. It goes back to exactly what I was saying earlier in the thread. They choose to put off rebuilding a couple of seasons ago when the team got off to a hot start. Now they are starting at square one instead of being into the third year and at the point where the could make a run at a division title.

They tried going the route of signing stop gap free agents or former marquee players. Baird finally has realized it doesn't work that way in a small market. Now we just have to hope that he is able to make the right decisions on which of the young players are going to be core players for the team and then lock them up for enough time to build a competitve team.

BTW, what ever happens to Abraham "oops, I throwed to the wrong base" Nunez?

He is in Seattle's minor league system after being claimed off of waivers during Spring Training.

What makes you think that I really dont give a crap about my Royals! I've been out to see them play this year, which is alot more to say than some fans. Go harrass some other teams fans.

I give up going to Royals game not because I don't like them, Because they are 0-11 when I go to Kauffman. That's a freaking bloody curse.
