That's my problem. Nobody wants him.

Whomever gave up Morneau for Garland is an idiot. The problem with selling Garland high is that no one is buying high for him. It's Jon Garland for pete's sake. Yes he is off to a hot start, but anyone who relies on defense and not Ks to record outs is always going to be vulnerable to giving up big innings. Garland has done nothing in the past to get anyone super excited about his hot start. And I wonder what an O's, Yanks, or Red Sox lineup would do to him. He has not pitched against too many impressive offenses...so, if you have someone in your league as dumb as the guy who bought Garland for Morneau, sell high, but good luck finding a sucker.

I was surprised too. I offered it to him last week, before Garland's recent start and he denied it. But, he's had some pitching injuries and took a flier and offered it up to me. I jumped all over it. He's a competitive owner, though, and usually does well in this league.. We'll see how it turns out.
