For those last minute lineup changes, I have always been interested in finding a site that will list daily lineups, or even individual team sites, but not sure where to start.

I would like to know when a player is taking a day off so I can substitue for him.

Check MLB.com gamescast an hour or so before the game and they are usually right. But managers aren't required to submit lineups til 15-30 minutes before the game at home plate.

I usually go through the notes on each teams page at MLB.com and also browse the MLB headlines on yahoo. They compile AP, Fanball and some other stuff on one page.

I've started using MLB.com since Mauer and Piazza are on and off the bench constantly

Yahoo shows it between an hour and half an hour before the game.

Agreed with the others. The official site of baseball has them at mlb.com anywhere from an hour to a half hour before the game is scheduled to start. ;-)
