Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
Zaun is an ultimate warrior. It looked very scary because he was out for so long and didn't move for about 5 minutes and then they had to put a neck brace on him.
Thankfully it does not appear to be too serious.
The guy has been playing a ton. The Jays recently released his backup (Greg Myers, who was hardly playing at all) and the guy that they called up (Ken Huckaby) is on leave to be with his wife and new child. It's been a one man show in Toronto and Zaun has been getting beat up. In the last series with the Yankees somebody (I'm 95% sure that it was A-Rod) when he was coming home, instead of crashing the catcher gave Zaun an elbow in the chin instead.
Too bad!! He was really lighting it up this year!! Canadian papers are saying Concussion and that he should be released today. Jays placed him on 15-day and called up Andy Dominique from Syracuse.

he was clearly moving on the field, so that's good.
on the downside, how come it takes MLB so long to get a cart out there? anyone else noticed that?
I was at the game and it was spooky. Also, the number of meds and techs that seemed to be strolling out to second base was alarming. People were yelling "run" at them.
Then it seemed they had to push the cart off the field. That looked silly. Reminded me of the Simpsons where the ambulance drives directly into the tree and Homer flies out the back.
Anyway, he was playing great for Toronto, so the timing is terrible.
Man, that looked bad. I hope he fully recovers, but I do have to say that I'm sick and tired of players going into 2nd base like he did. Way too many injuries happen from them, and most of the time, the player is still out at 1st.

Going to huge someday.

that's pathetic.
He should be well soon. You hate to see that happen to anybody.
I'm not sure if this was a negative comment. He could have meant that he is a tough, make the play kind of guy that sacrifices his body for the team.
I would think that was the tone, it just came out wrong. I could be wrong, but it seemed like he actually could of been praising him for a tough play, not making fun.
