Using Greene on the road is a nice call, I too am hoping that he produces on the road the way he did last season. When presenting with a choice between a Barmes road start and a Greene home start, though, I'm going with Barmes.

That's what I do in my weekly lineup league. Barmes gest the call if he is at home and/or has incredibly favorable matchups, otherwise its Vidro. So far Barmes is hitting a sweet .500 for me!! I was actually subbing Barmes for a slumping Renteria for a while there as well.
As to his trade value, in my league it is very low. No one will take him off my hands. I need SP and cannot make even a slightly legitimate deal. No one expects him to put up these numbers for long, but in the right scenario he can be a huge asset to your team.

Dude's for real. He's like Roberts - you can't get anything close to real value for this guy b/c everyone is waiting for him to fall apart. Obviously he's not going to hit .400, but I think he'll be a solid option in a league of 12+. I'll put it this way, I've stopped trying to upgrade at ss in favor of other positions on an already solid team.

His road average splits have been fine (.333 avg). His homers are lower for obvious reasons. His RBI and runs numbers are a lot lower not because he's not hitting but because his teammates can't hit on the road.
