Tino has surprised me. But, personally, I would take Nick's BA of .318, 3 HRs, 17 RBIs, 21-25 K/BB ratio over Tino's BA of .256, 6 HRs, 14 RBIs, and 15-11 K/BB ratio in a second.
Plus, when you factor in Nick's youth and upside vs Tino's age and upside being limited at this point in this career, I think the choice is pretty easy.
Also, fantasy baseball aide, Nick is only getting paid 1.45 mil this year. Just think of all the money the Yanks poured into Giambi's salary -- when they could have Nick Johnson for 1.45 mil. Even Tino is making something like 2.7 mil. And there's no way is he worth almost twice the salary.
