What do you guys think is wrong with him? I've heard various things like he started slow and finished slow last season but I'm not sure about what is true and what isn't. have you guys heard anything that would indicate to you why he is struggling so mightly? I mean, I had to pick up Greg Zaun from TOR because Martinez is playing so badly, if he plays at all.

I hope he turns it around. The indians just haven't been clicking so far, but they can't be this bad. Travis Hafner is also coming around, which will hopefully give Martinez better pitches.

I just traded Mauer and M. Batista for him, so I'm banking on a comeback.

I haven't seen many Indian games this year, but the entire team seems to be in a real funk. I imagine once the Tribe start to hit as a whole he will turn it around as well. We shouldn't be expecting a reapeat of '04, but by seasons end he will have top 3-4 C numbers a the very worst.
