I'm watching his pitching and didn't see him pitch last year


Is it his velocity? His control? His mind? Injury?

His velocity was down to start the year, but I haven't paid enough attention to see what it is right now. Since your have been watching, what is the gun saying?

Control? Well it was never good and now it's just flat god awful.

I've said it in another post and I will say it here, I really think he is injured.

His velocity has been down a tick, and his slider doesn't seem to have quite the bite it did last year.

But, it also seems to me to be partly just concentration. I don't know how many times I've seen him get a hitter down 0-2 or 1-2, and then just not mow him down.

He's just going to sit on my bench until I see him turn it around.
