Thanks for the opinions. . .
It's a yahoo league, my commish can accept/veto trades, but he can't initiate them, I believe. It's a free league, not a public league. I have complained to him but he's basically shrugging his shoulders saying "sorry, but what do you want me to do, force him to make the trade again?"
It's really, really frustrating.

The trade must go through and he has the power to put players on others teams at least in yahoo
