Buy Low on Matsui?

Postby crush3r » Fri May 06, 2005 11:02 am

Hes batting .236 right now...he's gotta come out of of his slump sometime right?

(maybe more a trade forum question, but) Would giving up Burrell be too much or to little?

If you can get Matsui for Burrell, you should do it.

lol, i think this is a buy low time on almost all yankees -- matsui, pavano, RJ, posada, sheffield (though he's not that low) if you can, they cant seriously suck this bad all year

Definitely trade Burrell for Hideki if you can. Everyone goes through slumps. He'll be fine. ;-D

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

Forget the man crush. I drop what I'm doing to watch Zack Greinke pitch.

I approve current trade proposal as well. Take Matsui for Burrell and run with it.

I think it would be pretty difficult to trade for Matsui right now with an experienced player. Everyone knows his value is at its lowest right now so it would be a pretty tough sell.
