I think this question is not worded correctly. The way it's written it's asking "which players drafted in 1965 made it to the majors" and the answer is quite a few of them. Perhaps it should have been written as:

"1965 was the first year of MLB's draft. Name the only player drafted that year that made it to the majors in that year?"

or

"1965 was the first year of MLB's draft. Who was the first player from that draft to make the majors?"

The answer to that question would be Joe Coleman.
