1-for-2 in stolen base attempts tonight.
He has three steals in five tries, which, coincidentally, is more than Beltran right now.
He might steal 10 or 12 bases this season. Gravy.

He would've been out on the one succssful attempt...but nobody decided to cover second base for the Yanks.

I don't know. He had no reason to throw in the 'is more than Beltran right now,' so I threw in a Yankee who should have more steals. Didn't they want him because of his speed? I mean, I know for sure it wasn't his hitting. ;-7

Beltran's a supposed top-flight fantasy player, who's supposed to steal a lot of bases...but isn't.

Nothing to do with your beloved Mets, I'm sure. There was really no reeason to pop in with a comment about somebody who was never expected to do much anyway, simply because he's a Yankee. It really just doesn't make any sense.

Me too. Huff's SB with one from Lee and two from Rollins boosted me 2.5 points in that category. I'm still in third place with lots of season left, though.
