Pretty good list. I'd personally move Colon and Mussina up 5-10 spots and drop Lowe 10 or so. Other than that, I generally agree although I could see RJ being as low as number 5 due to the risk that he may finally be starting to decline.

as for woods ranking, i couldnt drop him lower than 22nd, becuase i feel like if someone said they would give wood for anyone below that spot, i think most owners would take wood.
Well, is your ranking based on popular belief or actual performance? I can't imagine Wood will miss 5-6 weeks. I doubt he is going to crack top 30 this year.

A hot April should not make Willis a 2nd tier pither. Let him continue his performances in June, July & August and I will change my mind. Until then, we've seen this act before.
Call me crazy, but I think that 2005 will be much closer to the Loaiza of 2003 than that of 2004. He belongs on the list.
My other opinions:
Willis down
Wood down
Lowe down
Carpenter up
Pavano down
Zito up
Chacin off (doubt we'll even be talking about him in 2 months)
Towers off
Arroyo on and up
These are negotiable minor adjustments though. Good list.
