I am trying to confirm the starters for this weekends series against the Brewers (I will likely use this series to rib some of my firends who think the Mets are the best time in teh NL).
Fri
Doug Davis v. Victor Zambrano
Sat.
Wes Obermueller/Jorge De La Rosa v. Pedro
Sun.
Chris Capuano v. Tom Glavine
Rotoworld actually has Heilman as the Mets pitcher for Friday, but Sportsline has Zambrano. I am inclined to believe SL as rotoworld has Sheets pitching on Saturday, which I know is not the case. But then SL has Heilman going on Sat, with Pedro on Sun. I read an article on the brewers website that said Pedro would play against the spot starter, which mad eme totally confused. Any help out there?

there's been talk of Zambrano getting canned in favor of Kris Benson, but I'm not sure how real that is or how soon, or how the starters will work out.

I remember hearing on Mike and the Mad Dog that Pedro might move to an every 6th day rotation rather than every 5th day. That would put his start on Sunday, not Saturday. Hmmm.... all the more reason to believe SL's starters list rather than rotoworlds.
In case anyone is curious, here are the links I am talking about:

Bill and Daron on the TV broadcast said it would be Zambrano/Pedro/Glavine, for what it's worth.
