I'm not sure about his status next year -- it largely depends on what Biggio does I assume -- but there is no way he shouldn't be getting regular PT somewhere. It's a shame Biggio is so inadequate everywhere that they can't let Burke go ahead and take over at second for this team which will probably be in transition for the next couple years (Biggio, Bagwell, Clemens, etc).
