All I'm thinking about is who I could get for him in a trade? I did the same thing with B. Roberts start and I"m dealing Odalis Perez at the moment. Every time a sleeper of mine busts out big, I always offer him in 5 different deals for a step up. Anyone else do this?

Advice on Bedard:

Dont trade him now, he's got plenty more in him before the luster wears off. His career high in innings pitched is 147 which he has not yet approached in this season. He's a very strong candidate to trade mid june early july though just as Cliff Lee was, and Mulder was last year.

The thing that I as a Bedard owner kept thinking was, damn he threw a lot of pitches. 127 to be exact. That's scary. :-o

But still, a win is a win so... ;-D

Bedard showed flashes last year , I remember him well.. His so to inning ratio looks good and of course he has a monster hitting team behind him.

He's only had 1 bad start all year (8 runs given up to Detroit), I picked him today as well...

That's gonna help my K/BB, this week.

I'm gonna ride him until July, I think. The moment it looks like his control might be leaving (probably as a result of stamina), he's gone.

Well the easy thing is to sell high and buy low. The smart thing is to determine, who is playing over their head and who is underperforming for various factors.

So since you are consistently selling high, you are doing the wrong thing. You need to be selective, and looking at why the player is excelling.
