Strong in Offensive...Weak in Pitching

I'm in a H2H league with 12 teams. The scoring is based on total stats for a certain period. The scoring categories are BA, R, HR, RBI, SB, ERA, WHIP, K, W, S. I'm doing well offensively, but my pitching needs help. It didn't help that Prior was benched for the first few weeks (happened the day after I drafted him). I've dropped some of my weaker pitchers and picked up a few free agents but I still need some help. Any ideas? I'm getting lots of offers for Barmes and Vlad.

Also, is it worth it to keep Nomar on my reserve list?

I would see if there's anyone hot on the FA/WW. Bedard for Baltimore or maybe even Wang for the Yanks if you feel adventurous. Loaiza or even good old Kenny Rogers?

I always find that there's usually SOMEONE down there that has been missed by people in my league.
