Angry at Aaron Rowand

Postby The Punisher » Tue May 03, 2005 11:24 pm

So whats up with this guy, was he truly a one year wonder like so many people were saying? He finally got another homer today but unforunately I benched him obviously, at least hes showing something, is he worth holding onto, anyone think hell get back into his second half form of last year

I think he'll come around. The whole ChiSox offense, despite the team's great start, has been anemic so far. Hopefully he'll wake up with the rest of them. I picked him up off waivers after another owner got fed up so I really have no right to be angry at him, lol.

Usually starts pretty slow... I was among those who hoped he'd come out gunning the way D-Lee was this year, but he might still be a couple years away from having a consistent season. None-the-less, he's a really good guy to buy low on right now, and I certainly wouldn't drop him.

Very slow starter. And he is a sleeper. I expect he will turn it around. I grabbed him off waivers in one league drafted him late in a couple of others.

I was real high on him coming in... bought him cheap in my $$ auction, but he got taken in the ninth round of my $$ draft league, which just pissed me off.

I'm not too disappointed. He's performing right where I expected he would. ;-7

Why is it when guys like Beltre and Rowland aren't hitting people say. "They will come around" They don't have history. I truely believe they are both one year wonders.
Can you say Brady Anderson?
