I spent $79 of my $260 auction budget on Bonds, Thome and Chavez. I also spent $1 on Hidalgo. I'm not sure which is worse.

deciding to spend money on pitching this year which i never EVER EVER do.......

I spent too many SCHILLINGS on some nice new SHEETS and have felt like someones been sticking the WOOD to me ever since! 2nd to last in W,3rd to last in whip,3rd to last in ERA,5 from bottom in K's, but im sooooooooooooooooooo running away with the dollars on the DL category.

Waiting so long to draft a 3rd basemen that I got stuck with Koskie

Same thing with closers so all I had was Hoffman, luckily I got Turnbow last week

drafting a keeper team featuring:

Barry Bonds (two days before he was down for the count)
Jim Thome
VMart

as three of my first four picks. My team also features:

Chipper Jones (who was solid until he decided to stop playing)
Jeremy Reed (that one went far)
and Kevin Mench (little bruise causing big problems)

The one good pick of my draft- Pat Burrell. Oh, but have no fear, I traded him away for Magglio Ordonez (two days before the "hernia")
