This game could seriously go two ways:

It could end up being a game of sheer accumulation of points...getting 6 points a week for the whole year with a few decent ones thrown in may be good enough when the top scores are only 15-30 each week. Or, it may just come down to one week where someone gets unbelievably lucky and scores a 13 or 14 rung ladder which will get you around 100 points. With the way the scores are progressing so far, that might be all it takes to be ahead of everyone by double digit points.

At least you know that there are many, many, many more chances to score, so right now I wouldn't be worried. The only thing you should realize at this point is that this game is extremely difficult and your strategy may have to be abandoned.

Actually, as sad as this is, I've just been trying to pick what I thought were the easiest games first. It's not working all that well so far.

I do agree with the points accumulation though. Should be very interesting to see how the first year of this game goes.

It's fun, yet annoying all at the same time. I'm out to get me a shamrock icon though, so watch out!
