Because the Mets are set against me for so many insults. :-[

He's not helping me either....I really wish he would pick it up and start playing like we all know he's capable of.

Sooner or later, the Mets will get desperate to start winning consistently and will give the baserunners a green light...at which time, Beltran will be king.

I hope your right.....geez this guy should have 40 sb's in any ballpark he plays in. I say they move him to the #2 spot.

Don't worry. Look at his production that past 4 years or so. Very consistent. You'll get your 32+ homers, 35 stolen bases, .275 average, 105 rbis, and 105 runs. There's very little chance he'll be a bust this season. Just wait it out ;-D

I was thinking about that as well today. That wouldn't be too bad:

Reyes
Beltran
Floyd
Wright
Piazza

But, I think I would prefer (due to more RBI opps):
Reyes
Wright
Beltran
Floyd
Piazza

Hopefully Reyes gets his act together...I don't even own him but he's killing Beltran's value.

I agree. they should have Reyes leadoff(even tho he doesn't walk).
1. Reyes
2. Beltran
3. Wright
4. Floyd
5. Cameron (when he comes back)
6. Piazza
7. Matsui
8. Mienkiewitz

Hadn't really thought about Wright batting before Beltran, but I guess that could work out. Your right Reyes is hurting me as well. I had Beltran as the #1 Roto player this year and he hasn't been that guy so far........ :-?

In my main league I have Piazza, Reyes, Beltran, Wright, and Floyd all in my starting lineup. (It just happened that way, I only drafted 1 of them) Their not running is hurting 4 of those players' values. I think you can guess which ones. I thought I was a lock for top 3 in steals with those guys plus Abreu, but I'm in the bottom third of the league. :-o

I'm in a similar situation:

Drafted Pierre, Beltran, Kaz Matsui, and Coco Crisp. Kaz and Crisp have both been dropped and Pierre and Beltran are on my $hit list. }:-)

Wow, that's gotta be a rough draft slomo. Glad I didn't trade K-Rod for Pierre this offseason. :-°
