Rotowire and others are reporting that there are still apparently talks between the Phils and Cubs on a trade that would move Polanco to CHI to take over the SS role until Nomar's return. The Cubs are apparently a bit skeptical that Polanco can play SS well enough.
If the deal goes through, Utley has second to himself in PHI, Perez may lose his SS role in CHI.
The only winner here is Utley as it is highly likely that Polanco would sometime this year lose his role in CHI to Nomar.
Again, just rumors, but worth considering if you have any of these cats.

As an Utley owner, I really hope this deal goes through.

Well that's just like, your opinion man.

My only concern with Utley -- and it may be wildly unfounded -- is that his numbers have always been somewhat inflated by the fact that he only faced optimal right/left combinations. Not sure how his BA will hold up when he is full-time and facing guys throwing from both sides. I suspect it will take a hit. How much is the question.
