You may laugh but I just grabbed Kevin Brown . I am going to take a shot he and Mel have worked out his pitching problems. The health issues are another thing. Check him out from the middle innings of his second start. Pitched well . Got better as the game went on. Last night pitched well most of the night 5 K's Got better as the game went on. I really believe he is gaining confidence. Could be a nice shot in the arm. Hey whats the difference? Him Or Grienke? I would rather take a chance with a guy that has proved he can pitch and has a solid supporting cast / I have said all along Greinke is a year ot two away. And no offense. Just my opinion.

at best........... you'll get him, he'll rock for a couple of games, then he'll return to normal and totally screw everything up!

As I recall, a "normal" Kevin Brown is quite a good starter.

I guess its an ok pick, we really have no clue what he is going to do from here on out, hes a big risk/reward guy I guess you could say, he may pitch a decent quality start like he did yesterday or he might go bazerk on a wall again, ya never know
Screw the Peavy and Burnett Watches, I'm probably one of the laziest people in the world

Kevin Brown has been normally sucking. He is normally inconsistent and unperdictable.
Is he capable of good start? Yes. Great starts? Sure. But, most of the time he is hurting and sucking.

depending on the size of your league that could be a great pickup, he's not availabe in ANY of mine (10 team plus), he's a lot better than some other options
