Wow very impressive pitching staff. What I would try to do if I were you is beef up my OF. I would consider trying to trade BGiles and Sabathia or Hernandez and targeting an OF. Say maybe someone of a Matsui, Edmonds, Podsednik, or JGuillen. Do you count steals because then you definately need speed on your team and should go for Pods, or maybe even a Chone Figgins.
Help me too with a similar question:

Get rid of P. Wilson, trade Giles and Renteria for Tejada, if you cant get Tejada, then offer it for Jeter. Add in Glaus for OF help.

I agree you need help at OF, Ordonez is out a while and P.Wilson can't be trusted to play on the road.

See if you can trade one of your SP's for an OF. If you trade one of mid-range guys (like maybe Hernandez or Garcia) you might be able to get a starter in return. Another possible strategy (riskier) is to trade one of your stud pitchers (like Santana or Mulder) and try to get a superstar OF in return. It would probably be a tough thing to do, but I think losing one of those guys your pitching staff would still be strong, and the hitting benefit might more than compensate.

Help me.
