i'll be lambasted, but i maintain that:
1) kearns possesses top-tier talent
2) the past years' injuries have been flukish
3) he will get in a groove and stay there. very soon.
4) wily mo does not pose a challenge to any of the above, because somebody's going to get moved/hurt...hopefully, casey gets traded (i know, i know--fat chance of that) for a decent pitching prospect, and dunner will take over at first.
having said all of this, i think that cocovelli is good. not great, but good. coco's value to me is in his stealing potential (perhaps up to 30 in future years). i would just rather take kearns, and his potential to annually hit 40hrs.

yeah, yes...

Kearns is an injury prone guy that has had problems hitting at the major league level other than one month his rookie year.
Crisp is a guy that never had power in the minors and my guess is was a fluke last year who is a bad base stealer.
I'm not big on either of them but for this year I'd rather have Crisp, for a keeper league I'd rather have Kearns. I could see Kearns having some good years though I doubt this is his breakout year, this is most likely his just stay healthy year.
