basically I did it for both the top ten and for the list of second tier starters (if you look at it you can put the two list together as they are consistant. I added up the votes and gave 10 point for a 1, 9 points for a two etc. I might comment on specific's of what I found later. Other feel free to do so as well.

I guess you do have to put Lowe ahead of Perez but I hate to do it. Perez is in a great pitchers park and will only be 24 this year.

I like the list, but Schmidt is really a lot better than this. K's and a good ratio, he's gonna be big this season!

Schmidt is a good pitcher. If you look at his numbers they are almost exactly like those of A.J.Burnett. However that being said he is also six years older than Burnett. I hope Schmidt is one those guys who slides further than he should.
