Chris Rock? I thought he was just playing on the song by Lil Jon (and the Eastside Boys).
Yes, he was playing along with the song, but Chris Rock does a skit about that song as well with the "Skeet, skeet, skeet!" in full effect.

Chavez was one of the players I recommended trading for in my recent article on players off to a slow start to target...
Eric Chavez, 3B, Oakland: The strikeout rate is scary this year, but the .171 batting average will definitely improve. The current owner may be looking to cut his losses now and trade him, which means you should swoop in and add another good bat while giving up a limited amount.

Don't you mean Dave Chapelle?
Does no one watch Chris Rock anymore? Yes, I'm absolutely positive that I'm talking about Chris Rock. I don't like Chapelle at all. Check out Chris Rock's Never Scared standup. I own it. If Chapelle's doing the "skeet, skeet" thing, then he stole it from Chris Rock.

Let me go on record to say if anyone is getting someone like Chavez for 'cheap' then you are not playing in a serious league.
Winning is fun but if the competition is a bunch of owners who panic after 3 weeks and start selling off players for less than what they paid for, then how is that fun?
Good luck though. I wish I could get Chavez cheap. The owner in my league is a tight @ss and refuses to trade with me period.
