I believe that it's less frequent than every week. I would say once every 4-5 weeks and I don't think there is a set schedule for it.

It's moved slightly in the last day or so. Matsui went from 89 to 90. A few others have changed, but mostly it's still the same.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.
