trades and injuries

In my league, some guy offered a trade to another player involving Benetiz. The guy who offered the trade would get Benetiz and it was offered before the injury.
The other team accepted it after the injury.
Should this be vetoed?
I am leaning towards yes because one team knew about the injury and then accepted. Although I do think the other guy should have pulled his offer.

I think you have to draw the lne somewhere. That said I think the line has to be if a trade is accepted after a guy is injured (especially for 4 months), then it should be vetoed. The guy obviously didnt know it had happened. Who was the other player in the trade?
