I'm in a Roto league.

Should I hold onto him or just dump him?

just dump him man...unless you want to use one roster spot on four months of zero production in exchange for 4 saves in september

Here is some advice:

Don't touch Herges. I don't care how many saves he gets, I had the bum on my team last year and he killed my ERA and WHIP.

His ratios are awful and its not worth it for 1 category

I reluctantly grabbed Fassero--he can't be the answer, though. Can't be.
I'm back. Sorta.

Completely agree. If the Giants wanna stay competitive this year, I think this means you need to go get a closer. And the Barry Bonds playing window is closing every year.....Im sure they dont wanna tear it down and start building again while he is still playing.

In real baseball, guys likes Dotel and Urbina must have huge value right now. They are obtainable to some degree, and the GMs must be fielding alot of calls about them.

Wouldnt surprise me if Billy traded Dotel for an overpriced package. :,-( But he wont even do that until Kalero is healthy.

That'd be nice...how many bench spots do you have?!!?

I had been holding on to Nomar but for no good reason really, other than seeing if someone would try to trade for him. I also dropped Paul Byrd who I can almost guarantee won't be picked up.

I would really like ot see what Aardsma can do closing for SF. I mean can he be any better than Herges or any more effective than Brower, I still have nightmares about when Brower was in Cincy. He just doesn't have what it takes to close.

10bb and 5walks to go with his 6.75 era so far. He did have 19 saves and some solid numbers in AA and AAA though
