It's an OPS league, so I think they should be fine for me, but I'm wondering if I should offer up an elite OF for a Helton or such. i got Bonds. Guerrero and Beltran

i think that you should hold off for a bit. vlad, beltran, and bonds haven't hit their value peak yet, so if you traded them now while they are all marginally underachieving, you won't be getting as much value as they're actually worth. plus, it never hurts to fatten up your stats with another month of two five tool players and a homerun machine. time is on your side here.
