This is my second season in a 10-team league, and so far, there's been only one trade (and a minor one at that). The last time I did this, there were no trades at all, IIRC. However, during my time in 12-or-more-team leagues, I've seen lots of trades, especially early on. This year, I've offered four (fair) trades myself, but all have been met with indifference. (The waiver wire, though, has been on fire.)
Is this a common observation? I assume because the free-agent pool is so much deeper, owners in 10-or-less-team leagues are more hesitant to make big moves, but is it the rule? Is anyone in a 10-team league that sees a lot of trade action? If so, what have the big trades looked like?
