So what can people tell me of this Andy Phillips kid? any chance he earns the starting gig at 1B or is he just a temp until tino or giambi start hitting?
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

There's a thread on this somewhere that was started after his great game on Sunday. Run a search and take a look, it probably has all you're looking for there.

Two questions:
1)If you found the thread...Then why not ask your qustion there, instead of in a whole new thread?
2) Why do you ned someone else to find the minor league statistics for you? They're readily available on the internet.
minorleaguebaseball.com
It's not all that secretive.

1) because i only found the thread AFTER i made this one.
2) to annoy obnoxious people like you.

Wouldn't that make you the obnoxious one?
You also found that thread, then left it to come back to your own to ask your question...I'll never understand why some people feel the need to make new threads all the time. Does it make you feel happy when people respond to a thread you started?

He's a borderline major leaguer. There's a reason he didn't break in until he was 28.
