Isn't Funston a cuss word in the fantasy baseball world, I heard Congress is passing a law that if you take Funston seriously you can serve up to 2 years in prison
Screw the Peavy and Burnett Watches, I'm probably one of the laziest people in the world

Not everybody sits on their pc's all day refreshing there fantasy page and reading every last fantasy article on baseball.
its a good read for a casual fan.
I dont see anything wrong with it either.
It seems like its become trendy to copy and paste anything "professionally" written on the internet fantasy related, and sit back and bash the peice with the rest of the fantasy geeks on a message board.
Its entertainment...and its better than the alternative: no content at all.

Well put, fantasyfiend. I've gotten that impression around here as well. Your formula is exactly right - here's what happens:
1) someone finds the article
2) someone copies and pastes the article
3) they add some slick remark like: "Funston's a moron!"
4) they seek out others to recognize their proper genius.
5) they find support in the form of a few other overconfident fantasy geeks who are apparently so obsessed with their own ability as to join in such dumb fun.
Let's get this straight - IT'S ENTERTAINMENT. And there IS luck involved. And I suppose Funston is kind of silly - but that's because he's a geek. Like you, like me. But he's got a job writing fantasy columns. Why? How? To what end? - WHO CARES!! He probably writes better than you do. And he probably cares even more about fantasy baseball than you or I do. That's right - even more than you.
Whatever, I'm sick of these posts. Let's get back to baseball.
