Simple fix for Rockies Pitching Woes?

I actually was hoping the Broncos would have got a dome though.. Invesco is a ok stadium but I think Coors blows it away.. I wanted a dome so we could have got a SuperBowl one day but not now lol..

Doesn't it also seem logical that because of the thin air that possibly a fastballer could gain 1 or 2 mph on his heater due to less resisitance? I'm not a rocket scientist, but if breaking balls don't break as much, then the same principle should be applied to heaters,right?
