Please rate my team, what do I need?

I've made several trades and tweaks and think I look pretty good right now, great when Chavez heats up and Berkman comes back.

What do you think? Should I try to move anybody? Where do I need improvements?

lookin' good. Schmidt and Zambrano at the top is a nice 1-2... RP is a little light, if you can grab Huston Street when the A's inevitably move Dotel that might be a smart move, though Baez does convert his (limited) opps...

Wilkerson seems to be breaking out too...

Nice team.

I'll submit mine as well, review it if you get a chance...

Apparently you are punting holds since you have no MR. If there are no lineup spots for P and only 3 RP spots you need to get creative to win this category. You need to acquire a guy like Batista who has eligibility for SP,RP and can be plugged in at SP but get Saves. Thus freeing up an RP spot to be used on a Middle Reliever to get you holds. You should also look on the wires to try to find a double eligibility pitcher SP/RP that will get you holds or saves that you can play at SP and rotate them to the bench when you need to use a starter in that spot. In order to free up a spot I would try to trade one of your outfielders with a Starter in a 2 for 1 and try to acquire a big time reliever.

I am definitely punting holds. We set our lineup weekly and have 3-SP, 2-RP and 2-P slots. I am using my 2-P slots for additional SP, preferably 2-start pitchers. This is risky with regard to ERA and WHIP, but I am hoping to get W and K.

I know it's a risky tradeoff, but we only have 5 teams out of 11 who have a guy with more than two holds so far this year.
