A moment of silence, please. We are in the company of a tragic mourner.

Rowand
always starts off slow. People who drop him at this point are impatient fools- don't be one of them!

It would be less excusable to WASTE your #1 waiver priority on Turnbow than it was to drop him in the first place.
DO NOT WASTE #1 WAIVERS ON A CLOSER WHO HAS NO JOB SECURITY.

My worst FA pickup was when I picked up Rob Bell for a start against the Yankees last week. I think he gave up 8 runs in 2 innings or something. Somehow, I still lead the league in ERA.

actually, this might be a moot question.
i think if you are in a yahoo league it is impossible for you to put in a waiver claim for a player you yourself dropped.
Give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day, teach a man to fish and he'll drown because you forgot to teach him to swim.

He's already stated he's in a Sportsline league.
I dropped Shawn Green the day before he hit four home runs in a game a couple of years ago.
Feel better, ramble. At least you have an experts icon to lose. Not many people are graced with one of those.
