that Dusty Baker is the single worst manager in baseball and is single handily trying to DESTROY the Chicago Cubs franchise present and future.

Not only is he MY SOLE blame for the problems that Kerry Wood and Mark Prior (2 of the very best young and promising pitchers in all of Baseball) have as Dusty CONTINUALLY overworked them in 2003 when they both has big season's and I remember Madison saying every time out he would be avoiding those 2 guys in the future for the arm problems they are bound to have thanks to Dusty.

Next Dusty can't seem to figure out this closer thing when it was o so simple to me and everyone else for years now, and that is Trade or sign A REAL closer if Borowiski isn't the guy he was a few years ago.

Next It is DUSTY's fault IMO, that Nomar got hurt and tore his groin :-D
hey had he never made nomar bat 6th and maybe told someone to wipe the field, because it had been raining then nomar would not have gotten hurt and pretty much killed the cubs and nomar owners.

so you see dusty baker = death

1. he is killing prior and wood
2. he is probably killing zambrano (he already semes to be getting injuries)
3. he is an idiot and can't figure out the closer situation
4. he pitched fox on back to back days and you just can't do that
5. he has taken Hawkins in and out of the closer role so many times now, poor Latory's ego is probably going to explode from going up and down so much.
6. not really his fault, but while were at it, its your fault dusty for nomar's injury :-D
7. Dusty Baker couldn't manage hus way out of a Paper bag.

someone fire the man, I'm not even a cubs fan, but for the sake of that team, its young pitchers, players, and the city

FIRE the disease and virus that is dusty baker.

tbank you.

I won't go as far as you have, but I do agree he is one of the more overrated managers in the game. I never really understood everybody's love affair with him while he was in SF, and he hasn't exactly shown himself to be the savior he was made out to be as of yet in CHI.

He's also just plain stupid.

Anyone remember his verbal thesis on why black guys handle the hot weather better than white guys, or whatever that blather was last summer.

The Chicago Cubs do not deserve a manager like Dusty Baker.
Lets the Cubs "Rot" in mediocrity for all I care and fire Dusty .. ;-D
He will go on to "win" with another team.

Apparently, all of the Cubs fans have forgotten their record prior to Dusty. ;-7

He killed me with splitting a productive T. Walker's playing time last year when Grudzielanek got healthy.

If he doesnt give T. Walker the every day at bats when he gets fully healthy that wil make two years in a row he has killed a productive late round 2B for me.

every1 can agree on that.

karma's catching up to him... you just don't play for the dodgers and then go on to coach the giants. the baseball gods are giving him a slow and painful death by giving his teams success, hurting his young studs, and then screwing with him through tragedies like the brian barton fiasco. i just hope he ends up with the yankees, that'd be fun to watch.

While it is true that they had poor season prior to Baker arriving, it's also relevent to point out that Baker has far more talent to work with than previous Cub managers.

:-)

Um yes I can deny it. :-b
I have even documented it.
Blaming Dusty for Woods injuries is insane, He was injury prone prior to Dusty getting their.
Blaming Dusty for Prior is so, oh lets say ... ESPN,
Prior ran into another player and inured his shoulder, and then Prior hurt his Calf doing wind sprints in spring training.
I still cannot figure out how this is Dusty's fault. I just do not see it.

If you want to blame somebody for all of this BS ...
Blame ESPN. ;-7
