Yeah, I agree that Sheets is the best option out of that list, although that doesn't say much for him. Expect lots of K's but few wins playing for the dreadful Brewers. Eaton is still on the DL and is very inconsistent, although he is also a strikeout pitcher. Foppert and Ramirez are rookies, and unproven, and I wouldn't mess with either in non-keeper leagues. Webb likely won't even have a job when Randy Johnson is back, and will be sent down. He is also an unproven rookie, and I really don't like playing with rookie pitchers in fantasy leagues. Rookie hitters are fine because they don't have the same potential to totally hose you with one bad game that pitchers do.
