Looks like you need to touch up your cutouts; you can see some of the old background hanging on the players. I personally use quick mask and new layer by cut for that, but there are apparently a lot of ways of doing it.

Also, if the player or picture you are cutting out has a background behind him of a solid color, you can cut him out with the Magic Wand tool.
