This SERIOUSLY worries me. He sat on Sunday and then again today. No news on him at all but two games in a row leads me to believe it's something physical going on. He hasn't been slumping and the Cubs have too many people injured to be benching him to try and get some other people some playing time.

I've got a trade I've already accepted pending for him...I hope he's ok!

One other thing I should mention...he did come off the bench and get a pinch-hit Sunday. So maybe it's something that has them worried about him playing defense with the weather bad...maybe a strained muscle or something along those lines. Complete conjecture on my part...just seems like it makes the most sense - a slight injury that they don't want to take any risks with in this crappy weather we've had.
