My team, 2 weeks in

After a little tinkering, here's my team 2 weeks into the season, we play a traditional 5x5 with TBs added for hitters and TB allowed for pitchers.

I was unable to attend the first 4 rounds of our draft so Helton Schilling Sheets and Thome, were selected for me

lately I have had some trouble looking at it without overanaylzing or looking at it dispasionatly so I'm looking for some feedback
